Zusammenfassung:	The dustproof and waterproof LED panel lamp comprises an outer frame and a back plate which can be installed in a combined mode, a sealing ring is installed in a gap between the outer frame and the back plate, an illumination structure is installed in an inner cavity between the outer frame and the back plate, and the dustproof and waterproof LED panel lamp further comprises a first annular groove formed in the periphery of the outer frame and a second annular groove formed in the periphery of the back plate.
