Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a detection marker and a kit for identifying histological subtypes of non-small cell lung cancer. The detection marker is used for detecting the methylation degree of one or more of human chromosomes chr20: 47444720-47444924, chr20: 47444217-47444339 or chr20: 47444014-47444136 and the combination of the human chromosomes. According to the invention, a methylation gene sequence capable of distinguishing adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma in non-small cell lung cancer is found through high-throughput sequencing and a fixed-point methylation fluorescent quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method.
