Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The method for improving the bacterial wilt resistance of the tobacco plant on the first aspect comprises the following steps that NtCCoAOMT6 genes, NtCCoAOMT6L genes and Nt4CL genes in tobacco are knocked out in a fixed point mode through a CRISPR/CAS9 gene editing system, the bacterial wilt resistance tobacco plant with the genes edited is obtained, and the sequences of the NtCCoAOMT6 genes, the sequences of the NtCCoAOMT6L genes and the sequences of the Nt4CL genes are shown as SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3 respectively. The invention further provides application of the method in the first aspect to improvement of agronomic traits of tobacco. The plant height, effective leaves, leaf width and leaf length of the gene-edited bacterial wilt-resistant tobacco plant are higher than those of the gene-unedited tobacco plant. The tobacco germplasm obtained by the invention has better resistance to tobacco bacterial wilt. The agricultural characters such as plant height, effective leaves, leaf width, lea
