Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a plant ferredoxin PhFd gene and application thereof. The PhFd gene comprises a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 in a sequence table; a CRISPR/Cas9 knockout vector of the plant ferredoxin PhFd gene is transferred into agrobacterium tumefaciens, and petunia hybrida is mediated and transformed by the agrobacterium tumefaciens to obtain a PhFd gene knockout plant so as to regulate the flowering phase of the petunia hybrida and delay senescence.
