Preparation method of novel powder pigment

The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel powder pigment. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) coating a photonic crystal emulsion on the surface of a support substrate, and drying to form an opal structure photonic crystal; (2) coating a ceramic precursor material on the photonic crystal with the opal structure, curing and sintering to form a photonic crystal with an inverse opal structure; and (3) crushing the photonic crystal with the inverse opal structure to form powder to obtain the photonic crystal powder pigment.
