Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel powder pigment. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) coating a photonic crystal emulsion on the surface of a support substrate, and drying to form an opal structure photonic crystal; (2) coating a ceramic precursor material on the photonic crystal with the opal structure, curing and sintering to form a photonic crystal with an inverse opal structure; and (3) crushing the photonic crystal with the inverse opal structure to form powder to obtain the photonic crystal powder pigment. The obtained inverse opal photonic crystal powder pigment can endow printing ink with richer colors and metallic luster, meanwhile, due to the addition of the ceramic precursor, the crushed photonic crystal pigment has excellent strength and hardness, and the mechanical property of a printing ink coating can be better improved.
