The invention discloses a nanofiltration membrane based on assistance of an ultraviolet cross-linked titanium dioxide nano interlayer as well as a preparation method and application of the nanofiltration membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a photoinitiator, methacryloyloxypropyl double-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and titanium dioxide in a solvent to prepare a coating solution; coating the prepared coating liquid on an ultrafiltration membrane, and carrying out ultraviolet irradiation at a dark place to obtain an ultraviolet cross-linked titanium dioxide nano intermediate layer; and then carrying out interfacial polymerization reaction to obtain the nanofiltration membrane containing the ultraviolet crosslinking titanium dioxide nano intermediate layer.
