The low-temperature catalytic treatment system comprises a booster pump, a plurality of waste gas storage units, an ammonia gas storage unit and a dissolving tank, wherein the booster pump is communicated with a waste gas source and is used for boosting waste gas; the waste gas storage units can be independently opened and closed; the device further comprises a heating constant-temperature mechanism and a controller.
