Fusidic acid cream and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a fusidic acid emulsifiable paste preparation, which comprises an active ingredient fusidic acid, a water phase part and an oil phase part, the water phase part comprises glycerol, a preservative and purified water; the oil phase part comprises an oily matrix and an emulsifier; furthermore, in order to avoid impurity increase caused by thermal instability of the antioxidant added in the auxiliary materials, the cream does not contain the antioxidant. Tests show that the fusidic acid emulsifiable paste has better stability than a commercially available reference preparation, can maintain the paste body character and the stability of active components under the conditions of high temperature, high humidity, low temperature, freeze thawing and illumination, has no obvious increase of the maximum single impurity content and the total impurity content in the product, and has controllable quality.
