The intelligent operating forceps comprise a touch sensing module which is connected with a forceps head and is used for acquiring a contact force signal when the forceps head is in contact with human tissue; the angle detection module is connected with the handle and used for acquiring an angle change signal of opening and closing of the handle; and the signal processing module is connected with the touch sensing module and the angle detection module and is used for processing and transmitting the contact force signal and the angle change signal.
