Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a tissue culture and rapid propagation method for agapanthus, and belongs to a biological tissue culture technology. The method comprises the steps of explant obtaining, cleaning, disinfection, primary cluster bud induction, subculture cluster bud proliferation, cluster bud rooting culture and domestication. Wherein an induction culture medium of the primary cluster buds is prepared from MS (Murashige and Skoog), NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) of 0.02 to 0.05 mg/L, IAA (Indoleacetic Acid) of 0.01 to 0.02 mg/L, ZT of 0.5 to 0.8 mg/L and 2-ip of 0.1 to 0.2 mg/L; a proliferation culture medium of the subculture cluster buds is prepared from improved MS, 0.05 mg/L to 0.08 mg/L of IAA, 1.2 mg/L to 1.5 mg/L of ZT and 0.03 mg/L to 0.05 mg/L of BR; a rooting culture medium of the cluster buds is prepared from 1/2MS, 0.2-0.3 mg/L of NAA, 0.5-0.8 mg/L of IAA and 50-60ml/L of coconut juice.
