Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an actuating device and method with adjustable pre-tightening force and controllable output force based on contact resistance, and the method comprises the steps: driving piezoelectric ceramics to drive a diamond ring to stretch and retract, and enabling a steel ball to generate pressure with a steel ball push plate in the direction of driving the piezoelectric ceramics to move; the pressure pushes the steel ball push plate and the push rod to do linear actuation in the axial direction, when the steel ball and the steel ball push plate make contact with each other and generate pressure, non-linear contact resistance can be generated between two contacted objects, the resistance value between the steel ball and the steel ball push plate is monitored in real time through the measuring circuit, and through the resistance value, the non-linear contact resistance can be measured. The magnitude of the contact force is measured in real time by using the contact resistance value as a feedback
