A continuous light degenerate cavity laser is realized by utilizing a thermal lens effect, and spatial partially coherent light can be generated through a variable 4f system. Continuous laser output of low-space coherence light is generated and achieved through the degenerate cavity, meanwhile, the thermal lens effect can be solved, the laser beam quality and the mode number can be improved, and a new light source is provided for the fields of illumination, optical communication and the like.
