Firstly, initial design sample points are generated through a test design method, and geometric parametric modeling is carried out; setting vehicle speed, fan rotating speed and the like according to actual working condition requirements, and performing fluid simulation of a flow field in an engine compartment; establishing an agent model based on a simulation result, and describing a mapping relation from a design space to a target space; and finally, result analysis is carried out based on a self-organizing mapping technology, the relationship between the installation position in the design space and the corresponding high-dimensional data of the heat dissipation performance is presented as a two-dimensional image convenient to interpret, the complex nonlinear relationship hidden in multi-dimensional data is displayed, and the optimal layout scheme can be directly obtained from the image.
