Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an intelligent composite material fastener, a manufacturing process and a health monitoring method, threads of the fastener are coated with a nano coating, and a neodymium iron boron magnet is embedded in a rod body of the fastener. Based on the magnetic-force effect, a physical constraint guided neural network (PGNN) is proposed to establish a mapping between the magnetic induction intensity and the bearing stress during the load. Due to the strengthening effect of the nano coating, the strength of the composite connecting structure is enhanced, and the bearing stress of the composite connecting structure can reach 196 +/-12MPa and is 26.5% higher than that of a composite connecting structure which is performed by using a composite fastener without a coating. And when the all-composite material connecting structure fails, the nano-coating composite material fastener is sheared off at the head of the screw rod, and the uncoated composite material fastener is sheared off at the thread. |
