Zusammenfassung: | According to the high-strength light-weight yarn and the production technology thereof, dodecaphenyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and polylactic acid are used for synergistically foaming polyester fluid, then polyester fibers of a porous structure are obtained, the pore particle size of the polyester fibers is small, the density is high, distribution is uniform, the density of the polyester fibers is effectively reduced, and the high-strength light-weight yarn is prepared. The fabric has excellent performances of softness and good breathability; meanwhile, compared with unfoamed polyester fiber, the polyester fiber with the porous structure still has higher strength and toughness, is not easy to break in the processing process, and is convenient to process.
本发明涉及一种高强轻量丝及其生产工艺,通过采用十二苯基-笼形聚倍半硅氧烷与聚乳酸协同对聚酯流体进行发泡处理,进而得到具有多孔结构的聚酯纤维,且其孔洞粒径小,密度高,分布均匀,有效地降低了聚酯纤维的密度,使其具有轻柔、透气好的优良性能;同时该多孔结构的聚酯纤维与未发泡的聚酯纤维相比,仍具有较高的强度和韧性,加工过程中不易断裂,加工方便。 |
