Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an aluminum material with a super-hydrophobic surface as well as a preparation method and application of the aluminum material. The aluminum material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.52 to 0.6 percent of Mg, 0.46 to 0.5 percent of Si, 0.2 to 0.24 percent of Fe, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of Cu, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of Mn, 0.02 to 0.025 percent of Ti, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of Zn and the balance of Al. The atomic ratio of Mg to Si is 1.25 to 1.4. The prepared star-shaped pipe is used for the vaporizer, condensation of water drops on the surface of the star-shaped pipe can be restrained, the icing phenomenon in the using process of the vaporizer is prevented, and the heat exchange effect of the vaporizer is guaranteed.
