Thermophilus HY108 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on February 21, 2023 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.26653, the lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus HY236 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on February 21, 2023 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.26652, and the lactobacillus plantarum HY223 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on February 21, 2023 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.26652. The strain is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Cent
