Zusammenfassung:The invention provides undisturbed industrial gypsum-based lightweight high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. Concrete mortar comprises phosphogypsum, mineral powder, cement, pottery sand, ceramsite, zeolite powder, a water reducing agent, a modifier and water. The super-sulfur concrete is prepared by adopting the combination of three-grade light and water-absorbing materials, the high-strength ceramsite coarse aggregate and the pottery sand are used as fine aggregates, and the zeolite powder is used as a powder filler, so that the final strength of the whole super-sulfur concrete can reach 65 MPa or above, which is far higher than the strength of the traditional super-sulfur concrete. 本发明提出了一种原状工业石膏基轻质高强混凝土及制备方法,其中混凝土砂浆包括磷石膏、矿粉、水泥、陶砂、陶粒、沸石粉、减水剂、改性剂和水。本发明采用三级配的轻质和吸水材料组合,其中高强陶粒粗骨料、陶砂作为细集料、沸石粉作为粉体填料制备超硫混凝土,整个超硫混凝土的最终强度可以达到65MPa以上,远超传统超硫混凝土的强度。
