Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for restoring lead pollution of salinized soil by utilizing pseudomonas stutzeri biomineralization, and belongs to the technical field of soil heavy metal restoration. Pseudomonas stutzeri, calcium acetate and calcium citrate which are qualified through activity test and adaptability test are applied to the lead-polluted salinized soil, and the lead-polluted soil is repaired by utilizing the biomineralization of the pseudomonas stutzeri. In the process that the pseudomonas stutzeri utilizes calcium acetate and calcium citrate to biologically synthesize calcium carbonate precipitates, lead ions in the soil can be precipitated in a co-precipitation form or locked in crystal lattices of calcium carbonate, so that the mobility and toxicity of lead in the soil are effectively reduced, and the purposes of in-situ passivation of the lead in the soil and safe utilization of the soil are achieved.
