Electrolytic capacitor

The electrolytic capacitor has a bottom surface (B) and an upper surface (T), and includes a capacitor element including an anode lead, a cathode lead terminal, and an exterior resin. The cathode lead terminal includes: a cathode terminal portion having an exposed surface exposed on a bottom surface (B); and two cathode anchoring parts which extend from the cathode terminal part and are embedded in the outer packaging resin.
