Solid composition

Provided is a solid composition which contains milk-derived sphingomyelin and in which deterioration in flavor accompanying storage is suppressed. A solid composition according to the present invention contains the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) milk-derived sphingomyelin in an amount of more than 0.11 mass% but less than 3.16 mass%; (B) a sugar alcohol; and (C) potassium, wherein the mass ratio (C)/(A) of the component (C) to the component (A) is 0.2-9.0. 本发明提供一种固体组合物，其中含有乳源性鞘磷脂，其抑制了伴随保存的风味劣化。本发明的固体组合物含有下述的成分(A)、(B)及(C)：(A)乳源性鞘磷脂，大于0.11质量％且小于3.16质量％；(B)糖醇；(C)钾，成分(C)相对于成分(A)的质量比(C)/(A)为0.2～9.0。
