POWDER DISPERSION COMPOSITION AND COSMETIC USING SAME

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a powder-dispersed composition having high powder dispersibility; and a cosmetic which has excellent usability and good long-term stability by using the powder-dispersed composition. This powder dispersion composition is characterized by containing (A) a powder, (B) an oil component, and (C) a polyglycerol polyricinoleate, the (B) oil component containing (b1) a polar oil and (b2) a volatile oil, the (b1) polar oil accounting for 35-80% by mass of the total amount of the (B) oil component, and the (b2) volatile oil being a volatile hydrocarbon oil in an amount of 20% by mass or more. And (C) a polyglycerol polyricinoleate in an amount of 0.5-10% by mass relative to the total amount of the powder dispersion composition. 本发明的目的在于，提供：具备高的粉末分散性的粉末分散组合物、以及通过使用其而使用性优异且具有良好的经时稳定性的化妆品。本发明的粉末分散组合物的特征在于，其包含(A)粉末、(B)油分及(C)聚甘油聚蓖麻醇酸酯，其中(B)油分包含(b1)极性油和(b2)挥发性油，(b1)极性油占(B)油分总量的35～80质量％，(b2)挥发性油的20质量％以上为挥发性烃油，(C)聚甘油聚蓖麻醇酸酯相对于粉末分散组合物的总量为0.5～10质量％。
