The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a CCHP type micro-grid model based on the demand side response; 2, establishing a peak load transfer-based CCHP type micro-grid day-ahead multi-objective optimization scheduling model; 3, solving a peak load transfer-based CCHP type microgrid day-ahead multi-objective optimization scheduling model by using a mixed integer linear programming method and an enhanced constraint method; 4, establishing an ultra-short-term intraday rolling prediction model based on an MPC method; and 5, setting a prediction time domain and a control time domain, and correcting and feeding back a control output result and real-time data after one control time domain is ended.
