Zusammenfassung: | A power driving device is an important component of equipment, and degradation failure of the power driving device affects normal operation of a system, so that serious consequences are caused; in order to guarantee combat readiness integrity of equipment, the power driving device health factor gradual change fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: performing multi-dimensional data fusion by using a mahalanobis distance to obtain a health factor capable of representing a degradation behavior of a power driving device; according to the method, an LSTM neural network architecture is established, fault feature parameters are predicted, LSTM network prediction parameters are optimized through GWO, and then the degradation performance is accurately diagnosed. Experimental results show that compared with other prediction algorithms, power driving device health factor prediction based on GWO-LSTM has higher real-time performance and prediction precision.
