Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting alcohol substances and metal mercury in white spirit, and relates to the field of detection. The invention aims to provide a method for identifying and quantitatively detecting alcohol substances such as methanol, metal mercury and contents of the alcohol substances and the metal mercury in white spirit by adopting amoxicillin carbon nanodots. According to the preparation method, the amoxicillin is taken as a unique precursor, and the amoxicillin carbon nanodots are rapidly synthesized by adopting a one-step microwave method. The amoxicillin carbon nanodot retains partial structure and antibacterial property of amoxicillin, and has low biotoxicity, good antibacterial activity and good stability. Meanwhile, the amoxicillin carbon nanodots can quickly, simply and conveniently detect mercury through the change of fluorescence intensity, and the detection limit is 1.07 mu M.
