Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a construction method of a calculus disease in-vitro and animal model. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following step: incubating the NETs releaser or neutrophil and NETs releaser system in a mineralizing solution to obtain the in-vitro model of the calculus disease. The animal model is a model constructed by using a PADI4 gene knockout animal. The invention focuses on the effect of mutual regulation and control between host immunity and infected microorganisms in the biomineralization process of calculus by simulating the infection microenvironment of calculus diseases. The construction method provided by the invention does not need special equipment, has no complex operation, can greatly reduce the research cost, and can be used for high-throughput research.
