Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a special cable material for low-smoke halogen-free new energy wires. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 15-25 parts of linear low density polyethylene, 4-8 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 6-10 parts of a compatilizer, 35-60 parts of a composite flame retardant, 1-4 parts of an antioxidant, 2-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.5-1 part of a coupling agent and 1-2 parts of a stabilizer. Compared with the prior art, the cable material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, good in forming processability, excellent in oil resistance and corrosion resistance, good in weather resistance, good in flame retardant and smoke suppression effects, good in mechanical strength and toughness, long in service life, safe and reliable when being used as a cable material of new energy equipment, and good in application prospect.
