Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses high-density counterweight anti-crack concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-density counterweight anti-crack concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 17 to 25 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of slag powder, 3 to 7 parts of fly ash, 150 to 160 parts of magnetic iron ore, 110 to 130 parts of antioxidant iron sand, 0.1 to 1 part of mixed fiber, 0.5 to 1 part of water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of magnesium anti-crack agent and 15 to 20 parts of water. The mixed fibers are selected from at least two of modified polyvinyl alcohol fibers, modified carbon fibers and aramid fibers; the modified carbon fiber is prepared by modifying the surface of the carbon fiber with a sodium hypochlorite solution; the modified polyvinyl alcohol fibers are prepared by modifying the surfaces of polyvinyl alcohol fibers through a modifier, and the modifier is selected from at least one of polyacrylate, organic silicon emulsion and polyurethane; the weight part |
