Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 microcrystalline glass as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chip type and integrated passive elements. The invention provides CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 microcrystalline glass, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mole: 40 to 50 mol percent of CaO, 3 to 18 mol percent of B2O3, 35 to 45 mol percent of SiO2 and 25 to 18 mol percent of CaF. The particle size D50 of the CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 glass ceramic is in a range of 0.5 to 3.0 [mu] m. The invention also provides a preparation method of the CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 glass ceramic and an application of the CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 glass ceramic. The CaO-B2O3-SiO2-CaF2 microcrystalline glass disclosed by the invention has a relatively low softening point, a wide sintering window, a high densification degree and an excellent microwave dielectric property, and is more excellent in cofiring matching with an electrode.
