Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a transfer control system. The transfer control system comprises a turnover device and a moving device. The turnover equipment comprises a bracket and a stock bin arranged on the bracket; the bracket is provided with a connector socket; the stock bin is provided with a stock bin valve, and the stock bin valve controls opening and closing through an electromagnetic valve electrically connected with the connector socket. The mobile equipment comprises a movable frame main body, a lifting module arranged on the frame main body, a floating power supply module arranged on the lifting module, and a control module and a power supply module which are electrically connected with the floating power supply module; the frame body is arranged to move to a preset position, so that the lifting module lifts the turnover equipment through lifting motion, the floating power supply module is connected with the connector socket in an inserted mode, and opening and closing control is conducted on the stoc
