Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for determining the volume of a fetal ventricle according to diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (referred to as DWI), comprising the following steps: A. acquiring a DWI image of the fetal ventricle with a preset voxel height (112), where the acquisition is performed with a single b-value selected in the range between 200 and 1000 s/mm2 (111); b. selecting ROIs (122, 123, 124, 125) on each DWI image around the ventricle; c, carrying out automatic clustering (127) on pixels in the ROI so as to obtain a clustered DWI image; and D. calculating the ventricular volume (130) based on the number of pixels in the ROI of each DWI image and a preset voxel height. The method further relates to an NMR evaluation system and an NMR evaluation method using the method of the invention.
