Cleaning compositions containing polypeptide variants

The present invention provides a detergent composition comprising a deoxyribonuclease variant and a cleaning aid. The present invention provides a method of treating a surface, such as a fabric, by contacting the surface with an aqueous washing liquid having the detergent composition therein.
