Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle seat air-conditioning device (3) is provided with: a blower (30) built in a seat (1); at least one of an air intake passage for suctioning the air guided by the blower (30) from the surface of the seat (1) and an air discharge passage for discharging the air guided by the blower (30) from the surface of the seat (1); and a control unit (60) electrically connected to the blower (30), the blower (30) having a current detection circuit (51) for detecting a current consumed by the blower (30), and the control unit (60) determining whether or not a passenger sits on the seat (1) on the basis of the current consumed by the current detection circuit (51). 车辆用座椅空调装置(3)具备：内置在座椅(1)中的送风机(30)；用于将由送风机(30)引导的空气从座椅(1)的表面吸入的进气通道和用于将由送风机(30)引导的空气从座椅(1)的表面排出的排气通道的至少其中一方；以及与送风机(30)电连接的控制部(60)，送风机(30)具有电流检测电路(51)，用于对送风机(30)的消耗电流进行检测，控制部(60)根据电流检测电路(51)检测出的消耗电流来判断座椅(1)上是否有乘车人乘坐。
