According to the system, the problems of recognition errors and increased security risks caused by too small target imaging size and too low quality under long-distance or environmental interference in the prior art are solved, and high-precision positioning, large-range and long-distance target tracking and video streaming containing high-definition targets on the targets are realized; meanwhile, the camera directly positions the target and adopts edge calculation, so that the fine monitoring of the field target and the response speed of emergencies are improved; in addition, one zoom camera can realize monitoring in a circular open area with the diameter of 70m, so that the monitoring cost is greatly reduced. 本发明公开一种近超声定位与摄像头联动系统及其方法,该系统基于
