Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of lithium ion batteries, in particular to a polymer solid electrolyte and a preparation method thereof. The polymer solid electrolyte comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of hydroxyl-terminated PEO, 0-30 parts of a small molecular alcohol chain extender, 0.001-0.1 part of a catalyst and 12-50 parts of lithium salt; and the component B is prepared from isocyanate. The polymer solid electrolyte has the characteristics of low interface impedance, high conductivity and high strength, can better meet the requirements of a solid-state lithium battery, is simple in preparation process and convenient for large-scale production, and has a good application prospect.
本发明涉及锂离子电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚合物固态电解质及其制备方法。聚合物固态电解质包括组分A和组分B,组分A由如下重量份数的原料制备而成:羟基封端PEO 100份,小分子醇扩链剂0-30份,催化剂0.001-0.1份,锂盐12-50份;组分B由异氰酸酯制备而成。本发明一种聚合物固态电解质具有界面阻抗低、高电导率和高强度特点,能更好地满足固态锂电池的需求,且制备工艺简单,便于规模化生产,具有良好的应用前景。 |
