Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tower number plate character recognition method based on a CTPN algorithm. The method comprises the steps of shooting tower number plate photos of a plurality of lines by using an unmanned aerial vehicle, marking character parts of all data number plates for subsequent training, training a marked data set by using an improved CTPN algorithm to obtain position information of characters, training a CRNN network by using a public data set for character content recognition, and obtaining a final training result. And identifying the license plate picture of the line to be processed and screening and complementing the output character information. According to the invention, the CTPN network is improved and optimized to determine the character position of the tower number plate in the inspection picture, and the character content is identified through the CRNN network to realize the identification of the small target number plate information.
