The method comprises the following steps: step 1, arranging a sensor in equipment; step 2, converting the acquired information into a digital signal; 3, analyzing and judging according to the digital signal, and managing vibration, temperature, shaft current and frequency conversion of the bearing; 4, simulating the current running state of the bearing and predicting the service life of the bearing by using a digital model according to the result obtained in the step 3, and realizing the management of the whole life cycle of the bearing; the running state of the bearing is detected in real time according to various sensors, trend analysis is performed according to statistics of detection data, and a prediction model of the bearing is formed by combining a digital model, so that the monitoring efficiency of the bearing and the prediction accuracy of the bearing are improved.
