The invention discloses a synchronous control system of a hydraulic secondary conveyor and a heading machine, which comprises a heading machine conveying motor connected to a first conveyor of the heading machine and used for driving the first conveyor of the heading machine to operate; the second transfer loader motor is used for driving the second transfer loader to operate; the control system comprises two electro-hydraulic directional control valves, one electro-hydraulic directional control valve is connected with a transport motor oil way of the heading machine, and the other electro-hydraulic directional control valve is connected with a motor oil way of the second transport reversed loader; and the control unit is used for driving the valve body of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve to perform position switching. Wherein connecting oil ways between the two groups of electro-hydraulic directional control valves and the control unit are arranged in parallel, and the control unit can allow to regulate
