And suspending the seed crystal above the liquid level of the crystal melt, and baking the seed crystal through a heating piece. And immersing the seed crystal into the crystal melt, and rapidly lifting the seed crystal to a position above the liquid level of the crystal melt. And immersing the seed crystal into the crystal melt again, pulling the seed crystal, and adjusting the pulling speed of the seed crystal to perform necking and shouldering on the seed crystal so as to generate the lithium niobate crystal. When the lithium niobate crystals grow to the equal diameter, the crucible is controlled to rise, so that the contact interface of the lithium niobate crystals and the crystal melt is kept unchanged.
