Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium sulfate whiskers with a high length-diameter ratio from industrial byproduct gypsum through secondary hydrothermal treatment. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding and screening industrial byproduct gypsum, and preparing the calcium sulfate whisker with high length-diameter ratio by adopting an acid-free process of primary hydrothermal-gravity classification-secondary hydrothermal. The calcium sulfate whisker prepared by the method is uniform in morphology, good in dispersity and relatively high in length-diameter ratio. On the premise of not using other chemical additives, impurity removal of the industrial byproduct gypsum is realized, the calcium sulfate whisker with the high length-diameter ratio is prepared, and the method is simple to operate, green and environment-friendly.
