Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) site related to improvement of the innate immunity of yellow feather broilers and application of the SNP site. Local characteristic chicken breeds, Wenchang chicken and Dagu chicken, distributed in different natural geographical environments are used as materials, and disease-resistant genes related to the phagocytic function of macrophages are analyzed and identified by utilizing genomes of the two breeds and macrophage transcriptome data; according to the method, the SNP marker related to disease resistance of the broiler chicken is obtained through screening, selection of high disease resistance performance is achieved through a related SNP frequency screening method, and data support is provided for accurate selection of characters with complex disease resistance shapes, rapid homozygosis of character-related alleles and acceleration of genetic selection progress.
