Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant IEM-F305W-L470E, an engineering bacterium and application of the isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant IEM-F305W-L470E, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The isoeugenol monooxygenase gene is derived from Pseudomonas putida, the nucleotide sequence of the isoeugenol monooxygenase gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and the amino acid sequence of the isoeugenol monooxygenase gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The mutant is obtained by carrying out single mutation or multi-site mutation on the 305th site and the 470th site of an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. According to the isoeugenol monooxygenase constructed by the invention and an engineering strain, the enzyme activity of a screened mutant is improved by 634.6% at most compared with the original enzyme activity, the isoeugenol monooxygenase is used for enzymatic synthesis of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, the product concentration can reach 2.48 g/L at most, and the conversion rate can r
