Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of chrysophyceae culture, and discloses a culture medium and method for large-scale chrysophyceae culture and application of chrysophyceae, and the culture medium comprises the following components in terms of nitrogen element: 1-20 mmol/L of a nitrogen source, 0.01-0.06 g/L of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1-6 mg/L of LEDTA disodium, 0.1-4 mg/L of ferric chloride, 0.01-0.5 mg/L of manganese chloride, 0.025-0.65 mg/L of zinc sulfate, 0.001-0.02 mg/L of copper sulfate, 0.001-0.02 mg/L of cobalt chloride, 0.001-0.02 mg/L of sodium molybdate, 0.1-10 [mu] g/L of biotin, 0.1-20 [mu] g/L of vitamin B12 and 0.1-20 [mu] g/L of vitamin B1. The solvent is seawater. When the culture medium and the culture method are adopted, the chrysophyceae biomass and the success rate of chrysophyceae culture can be further improved.
