The high-temperature-resistant polyolefin hot melt adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 50 parts of polyolefin copolymer, 20 to 30 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin, 20 to 35 parts of homopolymerized PP elastomer, 1 to 5 parts of antioxidant and 0 to 20 parts of filler, the prepared hot melt adhesive is low in density and good in thermal viscosity; the white, odorless and smokeless odor is milder, and a good working environment can be created; heat stability is good, yellowing is not prone to occurring after high-temperature heating, and carbide is not generated; the high and low temperature resistance is good; and the product applicability is wider. 本发明提供一种耐高温聚烯烃热熔胶及其制备方法,包括以下质量份原料:聚烯烃共聚物40~50份、氢化石油树脂20~30份、均聚PP弹性体20~35份、抗氧化剂1~5份和填料0~20份;本发明制备的热熔胶,低密度且热粘性佳;白色无味无烟气味更加温和,可创造良好的工作环境;热稳定性佳,高温加热不容易黄变,不产生碳化物;耐高低温性能佳;产品适用性更广。
