Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultrasonic-assisted preparation method of particle size precisely controllable polydopamine nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding absolute ethyl alcohol EtOH into deionized water to obtain a clear solution; and (2) adding dopamine hydrochloride powder into the settled solution, adjusting the pH value of the reaction solution through a 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution, enabling the concentration of the dopamine hydrochloride solution in the system to be 1-4 mg/mL, assisting ultrasonic action, reacting for 3-6 hours, centrifuging at a high speed, washing with water, and drying to obtain the polydopamine nanoparticles.
