The invention provides an unattended visual quality detector and system. The unattended visual quality detector comprises a display; the double-sided reflective mirror can be moved in or out of a light path corresponding to a connecting line between the eyepiece and a sighting mark on the display according to a detection purpose; light paths among light reflecting points of the four reflectors form a rectangle; a group of opposite sides of the rectangle are parallel to a light path corresponding to a connecting line between the eyepiece and the sighting mark; the position of the light path corresponding to the double-sided reflective mirror is positioned on one of the other group of opposite sides of the rectangle; acute angles formed between the double-sided reflective mirror and the horizontal direction and between the four reflective mirrors and the horizontal direction are all 45 degrees. The unattended visual quality detector provided by the invention can simultaneously have near vision and far vision de
