Experiments show that cnidium lactone can effectively reduce ruminant rumen methane emission, and further experiments show that cnidium lactone can effectively inhibit proliferation of methanogens, so that an effective method is provided for reducing environmental pollution and improving ruminant production efficiency by inhibiting methane generation.
