The metal structure is composed of first metal units which are periodically arranged; the first metal unit comprises a rectangular metal part with a certain width, a zigzag metal part and two variable capacitance diodes, the rectangular metal part and the zigzag metal part are vertically placed, and the variable capacitance diodes are connected with the two metal parts in parallel; the zigzag metal structure is in a wrinkle shape, and the protruding part is triangular.
