Zusammenfassung: | A shield tunneling machine cutterhead structure variation reconstruction method based on vibration energy analysis comprises the steps that firstly, a design object is defined, design variables are defined, and reinforcing ribs are geometrically described in an explicit mode; performing energy finite element calculation and iterative optimization; and finally carrying out adaptive processing. According to the method, an explicit topological optimization method is used as a basic tool to drive variation and reconstruction of a shield tunneling machine cutterhead bearing framework, an energy finite element analysis method is combined, vibration energy dissipation of the shield tunneling machine cutterhead is guided and strengthened, suppression of structure dynamic response is achieved, the calculation pressure is greatly reduced, the calculation precision is high, and the calculation amount is small.
