The invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate body and a plurality of pixel units located on the substrate body. Each pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode; the pixel electrode is located on the side, away from the substrate, of the thin film transistor; a passivation insulating layer is arranged between the pixel electrode and the thin film transistor, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor through a via hole penetrating through the passivation insulating layer. The array substrate further comprises a common electrode wire which is located on the side, away from the pixel electrode, of the drain electrode. The overlapped part of the common electrode wire and the pixel electrode forms a storage capacitor; the orthographic projection of the via hole on the substrate is not overlapped with the orthographic projection of the common electrode wire
